Description

• Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain and finance teams to understand business challenges and identify digital solutions.
• Analyze, design and document business requirements, user journeys and functional specifications for new and enhanced systems.
• Translate high-level business objectives into clear processes, technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Support end-to-end solution delivery, including testing, validation, rollout and user training for new digital capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for live digital solutions, including issue analysis, optimisation and enhancements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• 3-8 years' experience in business or technology consulting (non-FI focus preferred) with strong involvement in digital projects or business systems analysis and design.
• Practical experience with enterprise / digital applications such as ERP, CTRM/ETRM, SCM, advanced analytics, GenAI or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of shaping practical, data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
