Top priorities included the thumb rule of performing all tasks and being a strong advocate of safety first and considering the reliability and efficiency with regards to company operations. My goal was to ensure that the fleet was in a COI-inspection ready at all times and thus enabled me to understand and comply with USCG rules and regulations.
