TNLG is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Title Attorney to join our growing team.  Candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience drafting Oil and Gas Title Opinions in Ohio. Experience is West Virginia is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft Oil and Gas Title Opinions.

Provide expert legal advice on oil and gas transactions, exploration, production, development, and commercial agreements.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active OH State Bar membership

Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law focusing on Oil and Gas Title Examination

Landman experience a plus

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Salary Range – Commensurate with experience.

Billable Hour Requirement – 1,200 Hours
