Our products support applications from radar and space to electronic warfare and UAV systems. What you'll do

• Tune, align, troubleshoot, and test microwave components and assemblies
• Work with frequencies from 500 MHz to 26 GHz (and up to 50 GHz for special products)
• Use advanced test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
• Perform hands-on work under a microscope using specialized tools and probes
• Operate ball bonders, soldering irons, and gap welders as needed
• Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting
• Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality
• Maintain accurate test records and recommend improvements

What you need

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail (required)
• Proficiency with microwave test equipment and diagnostic tools (required)
• Completion of AC/DC theory and basic electronics coursework (required)
• Excellent understanding of electronic theory (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (required)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (required)
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required)

Salary Range:
$49,300.00-$65,700.000
